The Childerian PAIV Brigade

The Childerian PAIV Brigade is a special branch of the army consisting of Prussian Anti Infantry Vehicles(PAIVs). PAIVs were designed by me(Jakob Morris)as a solution to Thomas I's formidable 1:72 French army. It was rushed into service and racked up multiple victories over the French, and for a while it was the most powerful weapon to be fielded in any quantity for either army.
However, confidence in the PAIV was shaken after  one was unable to respond efficiently to a flanking attack. They were placed in storage and lay there collecting dust for months.
Then they were brought back into service for a brief period but found themselves outclassed by the BAIV(British Anti Infantry Vehicle).
Placed in storage once more, it was not until I decided to incorporate them into the RCA that they found a use supporting the infantry.

Micronational Alliances

It has occurred to me recently, that the DPROC currently has no formal alliances with any country. One did exist with another nearby micronation, however, that micronation was dissolved little over a month ago. If you are in a micronation, or in the process of creating one, feel free to contact the DPROC, via this blog. We are willing to maintain as many positive relations with other countries as possible.

*DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF THE CHILD 

1.  You shall not kill/harm fellow citizens without order of the court. 
2.  Stealing is not permitted. 
3.  Any person who attempts to kill/harm/humiliate the high priest is at complete mercy of the court and other government officials. 
4.  Citizens must willingly agree of their conscription into the armed forces if the need arises. Refusal to do so will result in a court trial. 
5.  Any violations of peace by other micronations will result in war. 
6. Any spies found in the DPROC will be executed immediately after questioning. 
7. Citizens found to support the ideas of the Child Opposers will be trialed and be punished by 100 hours of manual labour. 
8. We strive to extend a hand of friendship to all micronations, if any citizens are distrustful of our allies they can explain why in a court of law. 
9. Rules and laws may only be changed by government officials and the High Priest. 
10. The DPROC government tries to be as understanding of citizens as possible. If you have any complaints to make about a certain politician you must first gain permission from the court. 
11. We do not tolerate Neo-Nazism, fascism, sexism, racism, ideas of ethnic superiority and anti-Childism.  
12. Any criminal fleeing from NZ into the DPROC will be turned over to NZ authorities to avoid a disruption of the peace. 
13. If a citizen commits a crime on NZ soil, they shall be trialed in the DPROC and then handed over to the NZ court. 

The RCAF aircraft types vs The Harrier

The Canard MK I was(and still is)the main aircraft of the RCAF during the war against the Child Opposers.
The Harrier is considered to be the most impressive paper plane in the world, with a high speed, long range and good agility. And this was the plane the RCAF was up against - 15 of them, all supplied to the Child Opposers by Lucas Allen.
The RCAF at the time was made up of 70% captured aircraft types, and only 3 of them were Harriers. The majority of the RCAF was made up of the standard paper dart, all of which were of varying qualities and only 1 out of the many would survive the war.
The Child Opposers simply did not seize the initiative in the war, and this factor, combined with inferior tactics lead to their demise. Though their aircraft were superior in performance, they only had 15 while the PROC had 25. Their tactics were also poor, consisting of head on attacks with limited numbers of fighters and poor piloting.
In conclusion the Harrier was superior to the mostly obsolete fighters of the RCAF but the RCAF tactics were superior which effectively gave us victory.

Today in History:

Operation Vodka is put into action, successfully sabotaging 8 enemy aircraft. In response the Child Opposers attack with the remaining 5 aircraft. The RCAF fights back but looses 2 aircraft. However, the air force of the Child Opposers is shattered, losing 2 aircraft and forcing the remaining 2 to surrender. It is an obvious Childerian victory, for the Child Opposers have lost the ability to fight a war now that the PROC has complete aerial supremacy.

Today in History

The 1st battle of Taradale is fought. Resulting in 2 RCAF aircraft lost and 3 Child Opposing aircraft shot down. Plans for Operation Vodka, the sabotage of the enemy aircraft in their hangars are laid down for the 9th of June. Doing the planning are the three of the main RCDF officials, Commander in chief Jakob Morris, Admiral Matthew Johnson and Thomas I. Despite his importance, Air Chief Marshal Nate Simes does not take part in the planning or operation.

New Corps For RCA

It is with great joy that soon a group of Dutch infantrymen shall join the RCA, making a total of 622 wargaming troops.

Today in history:

Two RCAF aircraft are attacked and destroyed by the Child Opposers, an event that will be later known as the Takitimu skirmish. The PROC vows revenge.

Today in history:

War is declared on the PROC by the Child Opposers, this results in the mobilization of many RCAF units. The Child Opposers also mobilize their air force in preparation for battle.
