Finished at last, here are pictures of the new grenadier uniforms on the commander in chief:
All other branches have the same design but the colour of the plume and rank slides vary.
As shown here the uniform has a largely simple and conventional design so that all members of our army can be quickly and easily equipped.

New plans for the expedition of Ailheive
It is with great joy that I announce that the previously postponed Ailheive Expedition is going to be carried out some time next term after renovations on DPROC territory have finished. It was these renovations that postponed the expedition in the first place, but now that they are close to completion we are making plans for the exploration and documentation of the tunnels.
Our exploits will be caught on film and put on this blog provided we come out of Ailheive alive. We will also map the tunnels and (?) catch an eel.
The exact date will be put on this blog as soon as it has been decided.

Presidential Elections
I am glad to announce that the postponed presidential elections are coming up this month. The candidates haven't changed from the last list put up on this blog.
We still haven't found a candidate for our foreign ambassador however and this may hopefully be solved after the election.
Results from the election will be posted on this blog.

DPROC War Flag
Some updates to the uniform
It has been decided that the uniform described in the previous blog post will be the standard uniform for line infantry, light infantry and grenadiers. With several differences to tell them apart.
The plume colours on the top of the bicorn will be:
Red & white for line infantry
Gold for grenadiers
Blue for light infantry
Green for Militia
Purple for Reserve infantry
It has also been decided in the name of easy manufacture that the bicorns will be made from sheets of newspaper in a standard paper hat design.
The overall colours of the uniform are yet to be decided, the main ideas being dark blue, grey-blue, grey or dark green.
